Bliss Brownies
If you love chocolate and cherry together, this is the dessert for you.
1 19.5 oz. pkg. brownie mix
1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
5 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
2/3 Tsp. vanilla
1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350⁰ F. In a large bowl,
prepare brownie mix as per box instructions. Put in a 9X13 in. pan and set
aside.
Beat cream cheese and
butter together until fluffy. Add sugar. Beat in the two eggs, flour and
vanilla. Drop spoonful’s of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter in
pan. Use a knife to gently cut through batters to create a marbled pattern.
Spoon cherry pie filling
over the top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before serving.
